Seeking Bridge Loan

I am a minority investor in a company that is deploying AI-driven financial fraud software to aid in prosecuting organizations that defrauded the Federal Government by procuring PPP loans during Covid for which they were not eligible. We act as the Relator in conjunction with the DOJ and receive a portion of the rewards. To date, we have filed around $800M in whistleblower lawsuits and have $400M more in queue. We expect to ultimately file at least $6B in such qui tam lawsuits. As there is a typically a long lead time to resolution, we are seeking a 12 month bridge loan for working capital purposes until revenues begin. Our first case was just settled on a $5.1M loan and we are scheduled to receive $510K in the 4th quarter of this year. Several more cases have been unsealed and loan repayment negotiations are proceeding. Terms are negotiable. Collateral is virtually inexhaustible and repayment will be made directly to our lender from the trust account of the law firm representing us on the case.
