Small Amount of Working Capital Needed

I am part owner of an organization that is pursuing whistleblower awards by filing lawsuits against companies that defrauded the Federal government by applying for and receiving PPP loans during Covid that they were not qualified for. The SBA estimates that there was potentially $250B in fraudulent PPP loans.

To date, we have filed right about $350M in lawsuits, have another $300M in the queue and plan on filing another $900M or so via a new company we formed in October. We can make 10-15% of any monies that the DOJ recovers (the original loan amount that was fraudulently forgiven plus typically five years of penalties and interest); we pay 15% in attorney fees and keep the rest.

There is a long lead time for the cases to be adjudicated and for us to get paid; typically 18-30 months, so working capital is an issue. I (my company) own around 10% of the company we formed in October, and if we make our numbers, we project netting $55M to $60M on the $900M in cases we expect to file over the next 3+ years. We are also building AI-driven, financial fraud software so we can pursue Qui Tam cases in other government agencies after the PPP loan opportunity is played out. One of our partners is an attorney in DC who has major connections within the DOJ/SBA and other government agencies.

We just need to raise $200K in equity (sale of LLC Member Interests), in $50K increments, at a $10M valuation. In other words, each $50K investment buys a .5% interest (non-dilutable). If we make our numbers, $50K will turn into $290K. That $200K will provide enough working capital to get us to September of next year (we are running a very lean operation).
