Assisted Living Owner/ Operator Team Expanding
My partner and I currently own and operate assisted living facilities in California, overseeing a total of 90 licensed beds. We’re now looking to scale our portfolio and are seeking an equity partner to join us in this next phase of growth.
We are looking for assisted living, memory care and senior living facilities with the potential for value add opportunities. Our intention is to take over operations, improve rents, reduce expenses and increase the number of licensed beds—creating an opportunity to significantly grow NOI. Our investment horizon is five years, with an exit strategy focused on either a refinance to return investor capital or an outright sale.
Our buy box is 30-100 beds, $3M - $15M purchase price. Primarily California but we would evaluate other western states.
