Gold Lease - Quarterly Interest

Physical Gold Lease Program is offered to accredited investors only, as defined in Rule 501(d) of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.

International Gold Dealer will fix the price of Gold owed to the participant based on the London Spot price in USD on the day of receipt or purchase.

By default, Gold leased to the Gold dealer will be repaid in Troy ounces of physical gold at maturity. Optional repayment in USD or other fiat currencies are available.

Shorter terms are available, and lease rates can fluctuate significantly. Contact us for up-to-date information. Leases can be made for a minimum of 5KG. Amounts over 100 KG will attract a higher price.

What is a gold lease Rate?

The gold lease rate (GLR) is the compensation the lender of gold receives for entering a Gold lease. Contrary to popular opinion, gold bullion may be lent and borrowed like any other asset or currency. Therefore, gold may yield and bear interest. The lender repaid the gold + accrued interest at the lease's end. A gold lease accrues interest monthly. From an investor's perspective, the total return is the percentage change (+/-) in the gold price over the term, plus the interest accrued on the lease.
