Our side is fully prepared to move forward on an SBLC transaction, and we can provide a fresh BCL (Bank Comfort Letter) dated today. However, due to past experience and internal compliance, we require a very specific order of operations.

Transaction Requirements
1. Provider Must Start First with MT/799
will be responded with MT799 from Receiver Bank

Once confirmed that Provider is ok with this
The Receiver can initiate the process by submitting the DOA (Deed of Agreement) with full company letterhead and signatures. ( Attached is Hard copy BCL)
Once we receive the signed DOA, we will immediately countersigned by Provider.

2. BCL After DOA Acceptance

We will release the BCL only after the Provider accepts the DOA structure and signs accordingly.

The BCL is fresh, issued today, and ready for immediate bank-to-bank verification.

3. MT799 After DOA Completion

Once both parties have executed the DOA, the Provider will begin the banking process by issuing the first MT799 to the receiver bank.

We do not accept any structure where the receiver must go first.

4. Bank-to-Bank Communication Only

All verifications — RWA, POF, and SWIFT confirmations — will be handled directly between bank officers.
No screenshots, no emails, no hard-copy samples.

Timeline

DOA can be forwarded tomorrow

Counter-signing expected same day

If the Provider agrees, we are ready to begin the banking process Monday

BCL is already prepared and can be verified immediately upon DOA acceptance

What We Need From the Provider

Please provide:

Confirmation of your exact SBLC amount

Provider company details

Provider’s issuing bank information

Agreement to initiate the DOA and MT799

Once these items are confirmed, we will proceed without delay.
