60% 1St Position Liens On Real Estate Portfolios
One (1) Calendar Year Joint Venture Partnerships are available to Private Money Investors (PMI) who are interested in participating in the purchasing of Luxury Homes and Bulk Residential Real Estate Investments.
Minimum Principal Financial Investment (PFI) is One Hundred Thousand United States Dollars ($100,000.00).
The maximum Annual Interest Rate is Eighteen Percent (18%).
The Collateral for each PFI will be Fresh-Cut SBLCs issued and 100% Financially Guaranteed by HSBC Bank and Barclays Bank of London.
Both Major Financial Institutions are rated “AAA” by all Credit Reporting Agencies.
Each PMI will also have the option to receive a Sixty Percent (60%) First (1st) Position Lien on the Luxury Real Estate Investments or the Bulk Real Estate Investment Portfolios themselves if they should choose to do so.
Project Executive Summary is available on request to serious PMIs only.
