the land is located in Ogun State, Nigeria, 5km away from Lagos State, the financial city of Nigeria, the land is approximately 80,000 hectares of land and the proposed project is to build a new smart city from scratch.
The land acquisition is 100% complete.
Our main aim is to raise investment to build the city for 2,000,000 people.
When complete, it will have 45 residential, Commercial and Industrial districts, 20 schools, 50 sports centres, shopping centres, 45 health care centres and 50,000 bed hospital, Control Tower, 100 parks and recreation centres, Solar Power Plant, International Cargo Airport and bazaars.
