JOBS Act instruments, unlike old school private funding instruments, are paired with S.E.C. Rules 144 and 144A, allowing for the resale of all or part of the bond on Day # 366 after coupon purchase. There is no private bond that can be legally resold as such.

This project, an irreplaceable step in the supply chain sector for E.V. batteries, will be a permanent market.

There are 200 billion tons of raw limestone that can be mined next to the new plant, which will sit atop an underground river, to provide all the water needed for processing.

The program provides for 100% collateral.

The collateral is covered 100% by liens.
