This is a JOBS Act 100% collateralized enterprise matching stocks/bond Reg. D announcement in the amount of five million dollars ($5,000,000.00), towards a sales and inventory build of one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000.00), pursuant to Rule 506(c) of the rules and regulations of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

This matching JOBS Act stocks/bond announcement carries the ability to be enforced by the full weight of the Government of the United States as enforced by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the S.E.C.

What is more, the JOBS Act bond is paired with S.E.C. Rules 144 and 144A, allowing for the resale of all or part of the bond on Day # 366 after coupon purchase.

With a current technology component, solar panels are now ‘smart panels,’ providing greater efficiency.

The panels, in addition, can now cover an entire building roof with the panels made to match and appear like otherwise beautiful roof tiles.

A significant component of the project is the opportunity to join with other companies in programs at the State level in the United States for the expansion of E.V. battery charging stations.

Our customer is a leader in the latest technology of the charging stations and anticipates a robust sales, installation and servicing contractual set of relationships with State and local governments.

Use of these first proceeds is for pilot programs for both components are anticipated to be funded with the first $5M tranche.
