Bond funding is where the money is. I used to think equity markets made the world go round, until I discovered the debt markets are 3 times bigger and "Bank MTNs" and "SBLCs" are the backbone of the banking industry. Banks create money by creating debt, not by getting deposits.

Bond Funding Advantages,

-Can be very quick if you get in with a shelf registration (as little as 10 days to create a new bond) or into a bond which is currently being created for a large "fund". (Usual time is about 90-120 days.)
-Correctly created bonds or bonds created for targeted buyers can be sold instantly on the worldwide bond market.
-Bond creators can provide better interest rates and better terms than traditional debt funding.
-Our clients who are Bond buyers are institutional and you will only have one investor regardless of the size of the bond. ---And as long as they get their interest payments once or twice a year when due, you will never hear from them.
-Bond creators can provide 100%+ project financing
-Bond creators can provide 100%+ acquisition funding.
-Bond creators can provide 100% financing for start up projects with proven management .
-Bond creators can provide 100%+ financing for Real Estate construction financing

Bond Funding Disadvantages

-Creation costs - $200- $300k upfront (However we have talked all of our bond writers into giving a "money back guarantee" if you don't get funded. We do not accept all projects for bond funding, but if we do accept you, you will have this money back guarantee)
-Project finance size must be $25m or above, preferably $100m or above. (some exceptions for projects we like, such as entertainment projects)

-we have clients who will monetize your bonds and/or some assets, and
-we have clients who will buy your corporate bonds once written.
