Bond Funding Disadvantages

-Creation costs - $200- $300k upfront (However we have talked all of our bond writers into giving a "money back guarantee" if you don't get funded.)
-Project finance size must be $25m or above, preferably $100m or above. (some exceptions for projects we like, such as entertainment projects)
