Our client offers up to $75M to Lenders with $1M+ Loan Portfolios in U.S./Canada.
Lenders use this funding to offer new loans to their borrowers.
These Lenders provide personal/business loans, mortgages, revenue loans, invoice factoring, equipment financing, etc to borrowers.
The client analyzes:
– Lender's loan portfolio balance, yield, terms, and delinquency rate
– Lender's P&L and Balance Sheets
The client offers to Lender:
– Loan of 70% to 90% of the loan portfolio value
– The loan portfolio is the collateral that secures the loan
– Revolving Credit: As the Lender uses and repays funding, it can constantly draw down more funding from the credit available.
– Loan size can be increased over time
Lenders can be funded within 3 weeks.
Our firm receives 2% Success Fee only AFTER the Lender receives its funding.
