If you need a loan but don't want to pay a broker, get a lender list! If you're a new broker and don't have any reliable, verified lenders to work with, buy a lender list!

All of the lenders on these lists are verified and make CRE loans from $30,000USD on up.

We also have lists of debt / equity raise groups for Debt, Equity, PE, Mezz, Co GPs, etc.

When you contact us you'll be asked for property type, location, loan type (acquisition, refi, bridge, construction, construction completion, equity, mezz, etc) , LTV, and category of loan needed ( hard money, conventional, SBA, private family office loan, capital raise group, etc.).

We will supply a list of 3 lenders for $500, 10 for $1,200, more on a case by case basis.

For a list of 12 verified debt / equity raise groups the price is $7,500. ( These are companies that will typically want an exclusive for 30-90 days and anywhere from 1 to 4 points success fee in order to raise debt and/or equity for you project or loan request with NO up front fees.)

We cannot guaranty you'll get a loan because we don't know you or anything about your request but if you have not committed loan fraud in the past, have a legitimate loan request at a reasonable LTV that's not in a super tertiary location, you should be in a position to get a loan from one of the lenders on the list you'll receive.
