Mechanical engineering background, certified Six Sigma Black Belt and former Big 4 CPA.

He is looking to acquire two types of businesses:

1.) Crane rental business with various boom heights and trucks.

2.) Electrical contracting firms with a strong technical staff including one of the employees or owners who want to stay on as the RME. Open to buying into an existing firm that needs expansion capital if selling isn't a fit.

Preference that owner/RME will stay on board.

Does not have to be an outright sale. Can be a value-add play for an owner needing expansion capital and a strong partner with a strong pedigree in accounting, engineering, and operations.

Price point - $1-8MM. This client has a strong credit and cash position.

California, Utah, and Florida markets considered.
